Stephanie Graf
I’m Stephanie Graf, a yoga teacher, breathwork educator, and movement explorer. Living with Swyer-James Syndrome, I was told my breath would always be limited—but I refused to accept that. Through deep exploration of breath and movement, I expanded my lung capacity from 40% to 69%, proving that our bodies are capable of far more than we believe. My approach is about tuning in, listening deeply, and moving with intention—because when we learn to work with our breath, we create space for something greater.
